1:1 Sessional Support Workers

We are currently looking to recruit a small team of 1:1 Sessional Support Workers to help our students have the best possible outcome to their day at Wildgoose Rural Training. We are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach, skilled in their ability and has knowledge or experience of land-based subjects such as horticulture, animal care or any other outdoor activities. Wildgoose is an incredibly special place that offers meaningful day opportunities to disabled adults and young people. If you are self-starter who can offer a flexible approach to working hours, a passion for care and aren’t afraid to work outdoors you could be the person for us.
